To make it simpler, the Thyrocare Service Provider (TSP)  focuses only in procuring  and as a Laboratory we do only in processing (at our centralized processing laboratory (CPL). Clear demarcation and definition of boundaries and responsibilities have boosted our moderate success into a significant one for the industry. It is also an interesting and unique aspect that we do not do focus what an ordinary laboratory  can do and we specialize in those, which they cannot do or do not like to do.

The TSP procures specimen from various hospitals and Laboratories (also from patients referred by doctors)  from various cities and towns and dispatches by air cargo to CPL. Once processed, he logs in using his username and password to down load the reports every morning for the previous day specimen..  

Thyrocare recognizes and authorizes an individual or a company or a laboratory to work on behalf of it in that city. After an initial memorandum of understanding (MOU) , they are given adequate training and marketing material to make our services available through them in that city. Company advises them to keep a simple and a reasonable margin over and above the rates they need to submit to the company which is governed by the contract between the company and TSP.
